District 28 contains a large service need:

A great number of men and women suffering and

recovering from alcoholism inside the many correctional

and other locked-door facilities within our district

Many A.A. men and women volunteers are being of service to these alcoholics,

Some facilities need additional volunteers and/or
additional meetings,

Some volunteers and/or facilities need more A.A.
literature and supplies.
